We provide private coaching, Reiki Energy Healing, Yoga, Massage, Somatic Movement, and other healing modalities to assist with emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic healing. Our diverse classes, workshops, and retreats are designed to help our clients explore their inner selves and provide them with the knowledge and support they need to live a healthier and more balanced life.

Meet The Owner
My name is Audrey Parker
Audrey Parker is an inspiring advocate for empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and purpose-driven lives.
Her passion for holistic healing and education has led her to become a Reiki Master Teacher and a holistic educator. Audrey firmly believes in addressing the root causes of stored emotions and limiting beliefs, and she is on a mission to help others release these obstacles from their lives.
After reading about the epidemic of loneliness, Audrey was inspired to create a community where individuals could come together to feel seen, heard, and safe to be their authentic selves.
Through Reiki energy healing, brain fitness, energetic and spiritual coaching, yoga, meditation, and more, Audrey works with clients one-on-one to teach them practical tools to support themselves and their families.
She has a unique ability to break down complex concepts into practical and easy-to-apply action steps. Audrey has personally experienced the transformative power of holistic wellness to overcome anxiety and depression, and she enjoys teaching Reiki and other methods to others so they can use them in their personal and professional lives.
After leaving corporate America to start her holistic wellness business, Audrey uses her expertise and background to mentor others interested in entrepreneurship. Many of her mentees have launched their own successful holistic wellness and Reiki businesses.
Audrey's partnership with other healers and teachers in the community has led to the creation of Mystic Medicine Holistic Wellness Co., where she can fulfill her greater purpose and help even more people feel connected, loved, and free from emotional baggage.
