My name is Audrey Parker
Meet Audrey Parker: A Holistic Healer with a Mission to Empower

Audrey Parker is a passionate advocate for empowering others to live a fulfilling and purpose-driven life. Since 2013, she has been trained in and continually developing her holistic healing modalities. Discovering the importance of addressing the root causes of stored emotions and limiting beliefs, Audrey made it her mission to help others release these obstacles after hearing the words “We create our own reality.”

After reading an article about the epidemic of loneliness, Audrey felt inspired to create a community where individuals could come together, feel seen, heard, and safe to be their authentic selves. Through quantum light coaching, yoga, meditation, and Reiki energy healing, Audrey has been working with clients one-on-one. She values working with people individually and teaching practical tools they can use to support themselves and their families.

Reiki energy healing has been a transformative tool in Audrey’s life, and she enjoys teaching Reiki to others so they can use it in their personal and professional lives. After leaving corporate America to start her own holistic wellness business, Audrey now uses her holistic healing and business background to mentor others looking to step into entrepreneurship. Many have gone on to launch their own holistic wellness and Reiki businesses.
Audrey’s partnership with amazing healers and teachers in the community has led to the creation of Mystic Medicine Holistic Wellness Co., which allows her to fulfill her greater purpose and help more people feel connected, loved, and free from emotional baggage.
