Reiki Levels

Reiki has four levels, and each one has a different focus and skill set:

• Reiki Level 1 training is the first step in learning Reiki, where students learn the basic principles and methods of Reiki. The focus is on self-healing, and students learn to use Reiki to heal themselves and balance their energy. They also learn how to prepare themselves and their environment for a Reiki session, such as the importance of intention setting, grounding, and creating a sacred space.

• Reiki Level 2 training builds on the foundation established in Reiki Level 1 training, where students receive further instruction on using Reiki energy for healing and are introduced to three of the four Reiki symbols. The focus is on distance healing, emotional and mental issues, and the use of various techniques to perform distance healing.

• Reiki Level 3 training, also known as the Master Level, is intended for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 training and are ready to become Reiki Masters. Students learn how to become Reiki Master and teachers and receive additional training on using Reiki energy. They are taught the fourth and final Reiki symbol and advanced techniques for healing physical, emotional, and mental issues.

• Reiki Master Teacher training is the highest level of Reiki training. It is intended for those who have completed Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 training and wish to become Reiki Master Teachers. The focus is on learning how to teach Reiki to others, advanced healing techniques, and using Reiki energy to manifest goals and intentions.
