Service Description

Sound healing with Tibetan sound bowls will help promote relaxation in the body and mind. Sound healing aims to bring the body back into a state of balance and harmony. This can help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain, as well as improve overall well-being. During the private session, the participant can expect: Guided meditation: Audrey will lead you through a calming meditation to open your chakras and help quiet the mind and open the heart to the healing vibrations of the sound bowl. Sound therapy: Audrey will use the singing bowls to produce a variety of tones and frequencies that are believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body and mind. Energy clearing: The vibrations of the sound bowl are thought to help clear blockages in the energy field, allowing for a free flow of energy throughout the body and promoting a sense of well-being. Personalized experience: The session is tailored to the individual's needs and preferences, creating a unique and deeply healing experience that can help release tension, alleviate pain, and promote emotional well-being. As the session comes to a close, the participant may feel a sense of deep relaxation, clarity, and inner peace. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service and be required to pre-pay for future appointments. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds.
