Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Mystic Medicine KC, we value your time—and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. To make changes, please contact us directly via phone or email. If You’re Feeling Unwell Your health and well-being are a priority. If you’re experiencing illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow one courtesy reschedule for illness-related cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. Same-Day Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a fee of $25. If the cancellation is due to illness, the fee may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment (one-time exception). No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full service fee. Prepayment will be required for all future bookings. Prepayment Policy To secure your appointment, prepayment is now required at the time of booking. This ensures commitment and allows us to best serve all clients. Refunds All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for canceled or missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding and support.
