Reiki, (pronounced ray-key), is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing in your physical, emotional and mental bodies through energetic properties.

The word itself means “mysterious atmosphere or miraculous sign” originating from the Japanese words “rei”, meaning universal, and “ki” , meaning life-force energy.  

Reiki is a centuries old modality of miraculous vibrational healing - ancient, mystical medicine.

It's the intelligent power that coverts food, matter, oxygen, and sunshine into living matter.

FAQ's

What happens during a Reiki session?

Reiki sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes.

Arrive 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork and prepare for the session.

Expect to spend the entire session lying fully clothed on a treatment table. You may be on your back for the full session, or the practitioner may have you roll onto your stomach at some point. Just make sure to tell the practitioner beforehand if you’re pregnant or can’t lie flat.
