We often desire a fulfilling relationship yet we are unable to attract what we truly desire for many reasons

* Love often doesn't feel safe 

* We believe healthy relationships aren’t real 

*We haven't clearly defined what we really want 

*Wounding around not feeling seen, heard, or accepted 

* Feeling unworthy of fulfilling relationships

In this workshop, we will address our wounds and how they affect our ability to find love that is expansive.

We will complete a healing ritual to release the attachments and old emotional cords of past relationships.

Somatic movement to release grief, disappointment, betrayal, and other painful emotions from the body

Energy Healing Meditation to get in touch with what you truly desire in a relationship

Vision Creation

We can create sacred partnerships with others that feed our souls versus our fears.

This healing circle is going to hold space for you to dive deep and release the pain of past relationships so you can create a sacred space to vision and tap into your true desires of what you wish to co-create with another.  

What to bring: Water bottle, journal, crystals, and any treasures that help you feel valuable.  Dress comfortably (whatever that means to you) and feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and favorite blanket.  There are yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets available for use as well.
