This group will be based on the book: Soul Coaching – 28 Days to Discover Your Authentic Self by Denise Linn (you will need to get the book for the group).  Your life will change for the better by going through this experience.  

We will do this via a private FaceBook group.  

Each week has a theme with the element (see below) and each day has a daily activity.  There are 3 different levels for the daily activities.  The shortest option takes about 5-15 minutes.  Each day you get to decide your level of participation.
