Service Description
Private Sound Bath + Reiki A deeply restorative experience combining guided meditation, Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, and Reiki energy healing. Allow yourself to slow down, settle into your body, and receive. Your session begins with a guided meditation designed to quiet the mind and help you transition out of the busyness of everyday life. From there, you’ll experience a private sound bath using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, allowing the soothing tones and vibrations to support deeper relaxation and a sense of grounding. Once you’ve settled into this relaxed state, Audrey will transition into Reiki energy healing. Rather than shifting gears or bringing you out of the experience, the Reiki portion is woven naturally into the session, allowing you to remain quiet, comfortable, and deeply relaxed as you receive. What to Expect Guided Meditation Your session begins with gentle guidance to help settle your nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and bring your awareness back into your body. Singing Bowl Sound Bath Experience the rich tones and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls in a private setting. Sound can provide a calming focal point for the mind and support a deeply meditative state. Reiki Energy Healing While you remain comfortably resting, Audrey will transition into Reiki using gentle hands-on or hands-above-the-body techniques. Reiki is intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and your body’s natural ability to return to a more grounded state. A Personalized Experience No two sessions need to be exactly alike. Audrey creates each experience with space to respond to what you need that day-whether you’re seeking deep rest, emotional grounding, energetic support, chakra balancing or simply time to reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to arrive with a goal or something to fix. Come as you are, settle in, and allow yourself the space to rest.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Mystic Medicine KC, we value your time—and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. To make changes, please contact us directly via phone or email. If You’re Feeling Unwell Your health and well-being are a priority. If you’re experiencing illness, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow one courtesy reschedule for illness-related cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. Same-Day Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a fee of $25. If the cancellation is due to illness, the fee may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment (one-time exception). No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full service fee. Prepayment will be required for all future bookings. Prepayment Policy To secure your appointment, prepayment is now required at the time of booking. This ensures commitment and allows us to best serve all clients. Refunds All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for canceled or missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding and support.
