Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Canceling or Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. To do so, please get in touch with us directly via phone or email. If You’re Feeling Unwell: Your health and well-being are our priority. If you’re feeling ill, please notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to reschedule your appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of $25 of the service price. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment or fail to cancel/reschedule, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Additionally, prepayment will be required for future bookings. Please note: All payments are final, and refunds are not offered. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
