Yoga & Reiki for Detox

Colleen Boveri, owner of Seeking Solace Yoga Studio, will lead you through a series of Yoga postures and breathing exercises designed to enhance circulation and help the lymphatic system remove waste.

Audrey will lead you through a detox meditation and group Reiki to help you detox your mind, soothe your soul and bring in a more positive state of being into your body.   Replacing anxiety with peace, worry with mindfulness, despair with optimism and forgiveness to understanding.  As you detox your emotions and thoughts you can create space to anchor in more light.  

We will end with the owner of Zen Donkey farms explaining why cleansing is necessary to maintain health and how organic cold-pressed juices can help aid the detoxification process. All participants will try a variety of juices and be able to ask questions
