Grab a friend, put on comfortable clothing and join this empowering women's group for an evening filled with connection, meditation, and mindful space-holding.

After getting to know each other a bit, Hannah will lead the group through a grounding meditation and visualization exercise. Following this, she'll facilitate an enriching sharing circle, fostering compassion and connection. To conclude the evening, we'll engage in some light and rejuvenating movement.
