About the Event
In this Waning Gibbous Moon Somatic Yoga and Breathwork class, we will focus on replacing the dark of the unconscious with the light of understanding. You will be guided through a series of somatic yoga postures followed by a gentle yet transformative breathwork session that will help you connect with your body and breath in a deep and meaningful way.Â
As the moon wanes, we will work to release any negative or stagnant energy that may hold you back from experiencing true peace and clarity in your life.Â
Through this practice, you will cultivate a greater understanding of yourself and your inner world and learn to let go of what no longer serves you.Â
This class is suitable for all over 16 years old, and all levels of yoga and breathwork experience and is designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and soul in a transformative way. Â May not be suitable for those who are pregnant or have breathing or heart issues. Â
Join Leah and Audrey for this powerful and empowering practice, and experience the light of understanding that comes from embracing the darkness of the waning gibbous moon.
