Yoga, Breathwork & Reiki for Spring Renewal 

This class is designed to help you shake off the winter blues and embrace the energy of the new season. Through yoga movement, breathwork, and Reiki meditation, you will connect with your body, mind, and spirit and cultivate a sense of renewal and vitality.  

The class will begin with gentle stretching, breathwork, and all levels of yoga movement to help release any tension or stiffness in the body. Next, we will explore different breathwork techniques to help energize and invigorate the body and mind. You will learn how to use the breath to release stress and tension and tap into your inner reserves of strength and resilience.  We will then move into a guided meditation that focuses on connecting with the energy of spring and setting intentions for the season ahead.     Finally, we will end the class with a relaxing and rejuvenating savasana, or final resting pose, to help integrate the benefits of the practice and leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.  Audrey will facilitate Reiki healing while you relax in your savasana and integrate your intentions.    

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and prepare to embrace a fresh new intention.
