In this one-hour Spirit Guide Connection Gallery, we’ll start with gentle energy work that will allow me to tune into, and become a clear channel for the instructions your Guides have for you. 

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else you can use to feel comfortable. A journal or other place to take notes can also be helpful.
