We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao (ethically and sustainably sourced) a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to gently open the heart, increase circulation, and heighten intuitive awareness. Cacao is rich in antioxidants and mood-boosting compounds that help calm the nervous system while invigorating the body—making it the perfect ally for rooting into your physical vitality, sense of belonging, and inner clarity.
