What to expect
Hypnosis is a safe and effective technique for rewiring your mind. We will start by educating you on hypnosis and what it means to reprogram your mind. Then, we will continue grounding and cleansing the chakras and teaching you how to set intentions for the journey. During the hypnosis process, you are not asleep. It’s a very relaxed state where you decide how deep to go. We will guide you through the journey, allowing you time to journal and process.
At the end, we will do a sound healing bath to reinforce the healing process. You will leave feeling refreshed with a positive sense of well-being.
