Reiki Level 1 is a healing modality that creates a beautiful foundation to open up your intuition and tap into divine healing.

Level 1 Training is a strong foundation that focuses on self-healing which can be used to help you manage stress and improve your emotional and mental state.  Learning to expand and clear your energy field is especially great for empaths who feel they carry other people's energies.
