Then, continue grounding and cleansing the chakras and how to set intentions for the journey.. During the hypnosis process, you are not asleep. It’s a very relaxed state where you decide how deep to go. We will guide you through the journey, allowing you time to journal and process.
At the end, we will do a sound healing bath to reinforce the healing process. You will leave feeling refreshed with a positive sense of well-being.
