New Moon in Gemini - Inner Authority Activation

· What is our “Inner Authority”?

· Where can we locate it in the body?

· How can we open, activate, begin to heal and step into our Inner Authority?

We will be learning about Human Design, the energy centers of the body known as chakras, nutrition, crystals, astrology and practices that date back to ancient times that help to live in your authentic Divine energy.

This may be something you’ve already begun to embark upon! I’m here to hold space for your own individual experiences and to share my knowledge from practices that have helped me to open, activate, heal and step into my Inner Authority.

A New Moon in Gemini Meditation will follow. During this meditation we will tap into your Inner-Authority by accessing the cosmic energy present through different ancient styles of breathing.

A printed guide will be provided so that ancient knowledge that is shared during this workshop is yours to take home with you!

· Water

Yoga Mat

Items provided to you at Mystic Medicine KC:

o Yoga mats (if you don’t have one)

o Pillows

o Eye Pillows

· You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blankets, really whatever supports you
