Audrey and River are excited to offer this special New Year's Day workshop designed to help you start the new year with joy in order to cultivate deeper meaning and satisfaction in the months to come. 

Using somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, life coaching tools, along community connection, we will let go of the past, embrace the present, and magnetize a more fulfilling future.

The beginning of the year is a great time to reset, review, and refocus. 

Many coaching programs focus on external goal setting and other superficial methodologies without addressing the underlying problem. Most goals that we set for ourselves are what we are told we “should” want vs. what we actually desire.  Also if we do not feel safe and worthy to have our desires we will fall short of achieving them.  

As human beings, what we all want is more meaning and to feel purpose. If you are searching for this externally you will be left feeling unfulfilled when you reach your goal.   In this workshop, you will gain the tools to assess the 10 most important areas of your life, craft a personalized focus for the year, and develop a greater understanding of your desires and how to magnetize them into your life on a mind, body, and soul level.
