This class is open to all levels and will be accompanied by uplifting music to enhance the experience.

Then, Macy will lead a special astrological breathwork session to provide a safe space for deep emotional processing, tapping into the inner child's creative, fun, and spontaneous energy. By consciously connecting with the inner child, the aim is to awaken your soul-fire, the eternal flame within you that holds infinite possibilities. This breathwork practice is crafted to offer compassion and acceptance to your inner child, providing a nurturing space for this energy to thrive and be embraced.
