Forgiveness is an intentional decision to relinquish feelings of resentment or vengeance towards an individual or group that has caused harm. 

Even if the person does not deserve your forgiveness, psychologists say it is necessary to let go of such feelings. Often, the person we need to forgive is ourselves. 

Failure to forgive and cut the cords can create blockages in the heart chakra, leading to emotional, mental, and physical issues like isolation, loneliness, and victim mentality.

In this guided forgiveness process and Reiki healing session, Audrey will help you build your forgiveness muscles and release the pain of the past. 

By transmuting the cords of pain, discomfort, disappointment and such, you'll experience freedom and open yourself up to creating relationships based on trust, intimacy, openness, and connection.
