Join Haley Robertson, @thecosmicartichoke, for a Sound Immersion to relax your body, calm your mind, and nourish your spirit. This is an invitation to unplug from the external world and connect to your center through the power of Sound.

Sound Healing is a holistic healing practice that uses various instruments to harmonize and soothe the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. A Sound Healing Experience is often called a Sound Bath or Sound Journey: an immersive experience where an individual bathes in the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, rattles, chimes, drums and sacred voice.

There is nothing you have to do (except breathe), no movement involved. Bring a mat, water & journal (optional). Bolsters, blankets and eye covers provided.

The intention is to provide a safe and sacred space where an individual is able to explore the depths of themselves, and facilitate a unique experience where they walk away feeling aligned and grounded.

In this event, you can expect to get comfy laying or sitting in a cozy space as Haley guides a visualization for deep relaxation while producing live sounds. She will queue breathing during. At the end she will guide you out of the relaxation states, with an open integration discussion to follow the experience.

There is a spectrum of how you may receive this experience, and it is totally up to you. Haley advises, no expectations. It can range from understanding sound in a new way to feeling relaxed, aligned and as if your brain got a massage. This is a space to process deep emotions, release thought patterns and cultivate a relationship with yourself as well as your soul. What is your intention?

Haley works with women and teens who want to build their confidence and embrace who they truly are. She is a Sound Healer, Life Coach, Teen Mentor, Yoga Instructor & Artist. She utilizes these modalities as she creates sacred space for sound ceremonies and coaching calls. Sound has been a powerful tool for her to tap into creativity, calm the nervous system and build relationship with spirituality.
