Crystal Grid & Your Aura

Welcome to our Aura Cleansing Crystal Grid Healing & Reiki Meditation Workshop. 

This workshop will teach you about your aura (energy field around your body), how to use crystals, sacred geometry, and energy healing to enhance your intentions, cleanse your aura, and strengthen your energetic boundaries.

By incorporating energy healing, crystal grinding, breathwork, and meditation, you can clear and balance the different layers of your aura and strengthen your overall energy field from external influences.  You will learn about the different layers of your aura, including physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and boundary layers, and how each layer affects the other.

The workshop will teach you about the aura, focus on the sacred geometry of a crystal grid and stones to amplify your intentions and align your aura and chakras. 

You will also receive seven crystals to take home, including Selenite, Amethyst, Sodalite, Rose Quartz, Tiger Eye, Carnelian, and Obsidian. We will discuss the benefits of each crystal and how to use them for self-care.

The workshop costs $75 and includes the experience, seven gemstones, and a reusable crystal grid.

This sacred ceremony will provide tools to help you heal personally, connect with your sacred knowledge, and feel whole and complete.

• Understand crystal housekeeping

To ensure your comfort during meditation, please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow. The studio has extra equipment available if needed.
