Crystal Grid and Lightbody Activation

Prior to the meditation and group Reiki Healing we will learn about the Merkaba, the traits of your masculine and feminine self, uniting your divinity with the physical self and crystal gridding.  This will include the metaphysical properties of each gemstone stone we will be using, and how to set up and activate our personal crystal grids.

Why The Merkaba

The Merkaba is a sacred geometric symbol that is found in many cultures as a religious and spiritual tool for balance, protection and strengthening your energy field.  The design of the Merkaba is wonderful for harmonizing masculine and feminine energies, helping us ground to Earth and pull in Universal energy.

Crystal Gridding

Crystal grids are used to set intentions and create energetic spaces that raise vibrational states. Crystals are used for their own individual properties to blend together and amplify the intentions.

For our meditation session, we will be setting up a crystal grid with Clear Quartz, Amazonite, and Rainbow Fluorite. All three stones work together to balance our masculine and feminine energies by opening our heart chakra.

The stones and Merkaba grid will be yours to keep so you will be able to set up and activate your grid for future use.
