Great Class for Beginners 

Focus on the foundations to build strength, balance, flexibility, and stamina.   

Practice generally contains a short meditation, pranayama (breathwork), yoga flow sequence.  

No yoga experience is required. 

Please bring a yoga mat.

Price: $10 per class OR you can purchase a $50 punch pass good for 6 classes
