Join Reiki Masters Audrey & Lonna as they lead you through a chakra education and healing ceremony with crystal sound bowls and Reiki

Using the sacred energy of Reiki, Crystal Sound Bowls, Reiki and Meditation we will work through 7 Chakras to release fear, guilt, shame, and lower vibrational energy that blocks you from a more balanced and open life.

This sacred ceremony will give you tools that can assist you in your personal healing.  Learn to connect to your sacred knowledge so you can feel whole and complete.  

Chakra healing is a holistic approach to improving physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by balancing the energy centers in the body known as chakras. It is often done through meditation, yoga, or other energy-based practices.

A crystal sound bath is a meditative practice that involves the use of sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls to create a relaxing and healing environment for the body and mind. The vibrations produced by the bowls are believed to help balance the chakras and promote overall well-being. 

This group session will use Crystal Sound Bowls, Meditation, Breathwork, and Reiki. The work is designed to open up, bring energy to the chakras, and release unnecessary stress and blocked emotions.

We will learn about the chakras and how you can support your chakra healing.  Followed by a Reiki and Crystal Sound Healing session to activate, balance and align your chakras.  

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to be comfortable during the meditation.  The studio has some extras if needed.  Also, feel free to bring any crystals you might want to activate and charge during the event.
