Using the sacred energy of Reiki, crystals, breath, sound, and meditation we will work through 7 Chakras to release fear, guilt, shame, and lower vibrational energy that blocks you from a more balanced and open life.

$75 workshop- includes a 7-piece chakra crystal set

This sacred ceremony will give you tools that can assist you in your personal healing. Learn to connect to your sacred knowledge so you can feel whole and complete.

This group session will use Crystals, Meditation, Breathwork, and Reiki. The work is designed to open up, bring energy to the chakras, and release unnecessary stress and blocked emotions.

Audrey will lead you through a chakra meditation to open the front and back of your chakras.

Each participant will select 7 crystals - one for each chakra. We will discuss the benefits and how to use them for self-care.

Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow to be comfortable during the meditation. The studio has some extras if needed.
