Using the sacred energy of Reiki, Crystals, Breath, and meditation we will work through 7 Chakras to release fear, guilt, shame, and lower vibrational energy that blocks you from a more balanced and open life.

Group Charka Healing & Alignment 

Date: April 3rd, 1 PM - 4 PM 

$85 - includes a 7 piece chakra crystal set

This sacred ceremony will assist with holding space to provide healing and energy alignment for your energetic, emotional, and physical body.

Learn about your 7 main chakras, symptoms if they are out of balance, and how to create balance using your breath, meditation and crystals.  

The work is designed to open up and bring energy to the chakras and release unnecessary stress and blocked emotions.

After learning about the chakras and crystals, Audrey will lead you through a chakra meditation to help you release and create balance.  

Each participant will select 7 crystals - one for each chakra.  We will discuss the benefits and how to use them for your own self-care. 

Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and pen.
