Chakra Crystal Grid Healing & Reiki Meditation Workshop

This workshop focuses on using sacred geometry and stones to amplify your intentions, creating a unique and powerful experience.

Through the use of crystals, breath, sound, Reiki, and meditation, you can release lower vibrational energy that blocks you from living a more balanced and open life. By working on the seven chakras, you will learn about each one, how to empower your hara line, and align your chakras from crown to root.

The workshop costs $75 and includes:

• The experience
• Eight gemstones
• A reusable crystal grid

This sacred ceremony will provide you with tools to help you heal personally, connecting you with your sacred knowledge so you can feel whole and complete.

The group session will use crystals, meditation, breathwork, and Reiki to open up, bring energy to the chakras, and release unnecessary stress and blocked emotions.

During the workshop, you will:

Learn about your Hara Line and Chakras

Set up and activate a crystal grid

Learn about the benefits of Earth Ki energy

Discover how to ground and center yourself

Set clear intentions and meditate with your grid

Learn how to deactivate the grid

Understand crystal housekeeping

Each participant will receive seven crystals to take home:

• Selenite
• Amethyst
• Sodalite
• Rose Quartz
• Tiger Eye
• Carnelian
• Onyx

We will discuss the benefits of each crystal and how to use them for self-care. To ensure your comfort during meditation, please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow. The studio has extra equipment available if needed.
