About the Event
After spending years hating and being harsh to my body, I have finally found clarity and am reveling in the gifts that my body gives me on a daily basis!
Join Cassidy Jump for a body image/gratitude meditation where we will spend time appreciating the wonderful gift that is our body and the precious life that it keeps moving forward for us.
We will begin and end with gentle movement that will accommodate all levels and will sit or lay down during the meditation.
Feel free to bring any items that would make you more comfortable: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, water. These items are available at the studio also.
I look forward to seeing you and healing our perceptions of our bodies together!
