Service Description

Going through a transition or a spiritual awakening can be tricky, overwhelming, and lonely. The old structures you depended on and felt safe in are no longer there. There is so much information out there and it can be confusing to know where to focus. Energetic coaching meets you where you are on your journey and helps you with clearing the old energetic patterns so you can connect to your higher self and awaken to the guidance that is within you and available for you. Utilizing quantum coaching, mindfulness, and energetic techniques, Audrey will help you find stability and balance while building a new foundation. You can plant roots and still fly! Typically 4-6 sessions is recommended to create lasting change.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds .
