Focus on the foundations to build strength, balance, flexibility, and stamina.   

Practice generally contains a short meditation, pranayama (breathwork), yoga flow sequence.  

No yoga experience is required. 

Please bring a yoga mat. 

This is a small group class - Register to ensure we have space.
